Government dignitaries and budding young scientists will blend into a colourful concoction Monday. Local MLAs Pat Bell and Shirley Bond will don lab coats and safety gear, said a government spokesperson, and join scientists-in-training for a unique demonstration at Prince George Civic Centre. The event is to commemorate the Year of Science at the "Science and the World Around Us Expo."
The expo runs Monday (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Tuesday (9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.) while Bell and Bond's event takes place Monday at 5 p.m.
