Missing Prince George man also wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Prince George RCMP are on the lookout for Paul Phillip Kopp

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 69-year-old man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant and who has not been seen since mid-July.

Neighbours say they last saw Paul Phillip Kopp on July 18 and he has not been seen since.

Kopp is described as

  • Caucasian male
  • 170 cm (5’7) 
  • 77 kg (170 lb)
  • Green eyes
  • Grey hair
  • Short moustache
  • Multiple tattoos on both arms
  • Last seen wearing a grey-green vest with a black backpack

Kopp was last seen leaving his residence on July 18, 2022 in his red, 1993 Ford F150, with B.C. license plate NK0536. The truck has a canopy on the back and he also had his bicycle with him.

Kopp is also wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his parole conditions. "Police are requesting help from the public in keeping an eye out for him and asking to call 911 or your local police if anyone sees him or his vehicle."

“We caution the public not to approach Mr. Kopp,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
