The vehicle of a missing elderly Chetwynd man has been located.
Sixty-eight year old Daniel Koenig's pickup truck was found Thursday evening abandoned in a remote area, just northeast of the community, 306 kilometres north of Prince George, Chetwynd RCMP said Monday.
Koenig, who is in the early stages of Alzheimers and was last seen on July 10, remains missing and a search continues.
He is described as six feet tall, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and grey hair and was last seen wearing a brown-orange plaid jacket, a grey-black ball hat and blue jeans.
