Man wanted in poppy tray theft

Police are on the lookout for a man suspected of stealing a Remembrance Day poppy tray in early November.

Police are on the lookout for a man suspected of stealing a Remembrance Day poppy tray in early November.

He is described as First Nations with a stocky build and dark hair and he was wearing a black leather-like jacket, dark jeans, white runners and a black ball cap.

The tray went missing from a Ferry Avenue liquor store on November 12 and police believe he was with a woman.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call the Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300.
