A local man is in custody and facing charges after allegedly breaking into a local sex shop twice in the same week.
RCMP were first called to Dr. Love on Patricia Boulevard near Victoria Street at about 1:45 a.m. on Thurs., June 27. Police found a smashed window but no suspected.
But just before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a witness called RCMP to say the store was being robbed. Clayton Tyle Moll, 38, was found nearby and, through evidence gathered on both occasions, police believe he is responsible for both incidents.
In March, Moll was sentenced to 122 days in jail and two years probation for breaking into the same store in late January. Conditions of his probation included staying away from the business, RCMP said.
