One of three people charged after a man showed up at University Hospital of Northern British Columbia 14 months ago with extensive injuries has been sentenced to jail time served for assault causing bodily harm.
Allan Troy Baker, 31, must also serve one year probation and was assessed a $200 victim surcharge and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for the Nov. 4, 2014 attack.
Baker had remained in custody since his arrest later the same month.
Charges against April Rose Charlie, 31, and Jason Gordon Mease, 37, in relation to the incident were stayed during a hearing in Prince George provincial court.
