A Prince George man was sentenced to 70 days in jail and issued a five-year driving prohibition for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.
Allan Troy Baker, who has an extensive criminal record, was issued the term Aug. 11 in Prince George provincial court.
In March 2012, he was sentenced to 138 days in jail for dangerous driving, flight from a peace officer and driving while disqualified. He had also been issued a five-year prohibition at that time.
