Prince George RCMP investigated a possible home invasion Tuesday after being asked to check on the well being of a resident in the 1700 block of Fourth Avenue.
Police entered to find no one home, but there was property damage and a small amount of blood.
Through further investigation police learned a man residing at that residence had gone to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. When questioned by police, the man declined to give any answers as to how he got the injuries.
Cpl. Craig Douglass, media liaison officer, said police believe the residence was targeted, and are requesting the public's help in determining and locating those responsible.
