A charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking has been approved against a man in connection with a search warrant conducted on two homes earlier this year.
A first appearance on the count was held for Bryce Jeffrey Williams on Nov. 4.
At the time of his arrest in February, police said a suspect was found with $10,000 cash when the Prince George RCMP's street crew unit pulled him over on Foothills Boulevard in February as part of an investigation that began in 2019.
The arrest led police to carry out searches on homes in the 1200 block of North Ospika Boulevard and Orbin Place where RCMP said a large amount of methamphetamine and cocaine was seized, along with drug trafficking paraphernalia and an estimated $50,000 in cash.
Williams made a first appearance in Prince George provincial court on Wednesday.
