Police are asking for the public's help after a man came out of the bushes at Cottonwood Island Park, exposing the lower half of his body.
The incident occurred Friday, May 1 at about 6 p.m.
The man is described as having short, dark hair, a muscular/athletic build between 40 and 50 years old.
A witness said three unidentified men attempted to apprehend this male.
Police would like to speak to these individuals.
