An arrest has been made in connection with an incident where a teen was grabbed Wednesday afternoon.
Just after noon Thursday, the Prince George RCMP located and arrested a 30-year-old man believed to be responsible for an assault on a 14-year-old boy.
The man will be held in custody until his first court appearance, scheduled for April 11 in Prince George.
Police responded to a call in the area of Eighth Avenue and Ewert Street after the teen was confronted by an adult man who grabbed his arm and made inappropriate remarks.
The teen broke free and ran away while the suspect headed west down Eighth Avenue towards Central Street. Officers who attended the area were unable to locate the suspect
Investigators are looking into the possibility that the same man is responsible for other incidents in the community, according to police.
