Four people, all from Prince George, are appearing in court today (Aug. 6) and tomorrow (Aug. 7) as a result of a weekend home invasion involving a firearm.
RCMP say three men and one woman forced their way into a home on 2600 block Victoria St. on Saturday morning (Aug. 3) around 10:45 a.m. while possessing a firearm and assaulted a man inside before fleeing on foot.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident and the suspects, three of which are in their twenties, were arrested shortly after police responded to the report.
Prince George RCMP’s Police Dog Services Unit helped find the firearm used in the invasion.
The first three suspects are in court today and are charged with the following:
Justin Dupray (23 years old)
- Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
- Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
Daniela Frasca (27 years old)
- Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
- Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
Bradley Foster (40 years old)
- Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
- Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
- Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
Charles Santa (28 years old)
- Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
- Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
- Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
Santa will be in court tomorrow (Aug. 7).
