Six-year-old Quinlan Shaw-Bowers of Prince George has been growing her hair as fast as she can to fulfill a mission.

On Saturday she will have her 12-inch pony tail cut off at Razor's Edge to provide wigs for children with cancer.

Her hair is being donated to Locks of Love in Toronto which makes and gives away wigs to kids with cancer.

As well, Quinlan is collecting pledges for cancer research with all proceeds going to Terry Fox Foundation. Anyone wishing to support her can make a donation at Razor's Edge.
