Local man missing since July

Prince George RCMP are asking for the public's help to locate a missing local man. It's believed Matthew John White, 28, left Prince George on July 10 and has not spoken to friends or family since July 29.

Prince George RCMP are asking for the public's help to locate a missing local man.

It's believed Matthew John White, 28, left Prince George on July 10 and has not spoken to friends or family since July 29.

He may have traveled to Kelowna, Kamloops, Barrier, Vancouver or Calgary and does not have a vehicle and may not have a cellphone.

"Although investigators believe White has left town on his own accord, they would like to speak to him to ensure he is safe," Prince George RCMP said.

He is asked to attend any RCMP detachment or police service of jurisdiction to speak with an officer.

He is described as Caucasian, six feet tall, weighing pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
