The 350-member Lheidli T'enneh First Nation are holding elections today for chief, councillors and other positions on its lands authority.

The 350-member Lheidli T'enneh First Nation are holding elections today for chief, councillors and other positions on its lands authority.

Seeking election as chief are incumbent Dominic Frederick, Marcel Gagnon, Louella Nome, Barry Seymour and Rena Zatorski.

Seeking one of three councillor positions are Elizabeth Bjorklund, Helen Buzas, Carl Frederick, Frank Frederick Sr., Louella Nome, Joshua Seymour, Merle Seymour, Janice Shannon, Lenora White and Shirley Wiltermuth.

And seeking one of three positions on the band's lands authority are Elizabeth Bjorklund, Melody Buzas, Frank Frederick Sr., Dolleen Logan, Gary Seymour and Shirley Wiltermuth.

Polls close at 8 p.m. and the terms run for two years.
