A roofing company's lawsuit against School District 57 has been dismissed by a B.C. Supreme Court Justice.
Admiral Roofing Ltd. was seeking damages after its bid to carry out work on Central Fort George School and South Fort George Family Resource Centre was rejected because a representative was late for one of the site tours bidders are required to attend.
