A jilted contractor's lawsuit against the Fraser-Fort George Regional District remains before the court nearly a year after it was first launched.
An amended statement of defence from the regional district, dated April 22, 2010 and filed in B.C. Supreme Court in Vernon, is the last document to have been filed on the matter.
