A Prince George man has been away since late November, giving concern to loved ones and police.
Harvey Knippshild, 67, left his home on Westmount Drive on Nov. 24 and has not been seen or heard from since.
"At that time, he was driving his vehicle," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "Harvey has left home without notice in the past, but never for more than a few days."
He does not have any known medical conditions.
One clue does exist, which police are attempting to trace directly to Knippshild. On Nov. 30 in Kelowna the insurance was renewed on his silver Chevrolet Silverado pick-up bearing BC license plate 0206FH.
"Although it is not known where Harvey may have travelled to, he does enjoy the Summerland area of the Okanagan," Douglass said.
Harvey is described as a Caucasian male, 5-foot-9, 200 pounds, blue eyes, white hair, with glasses and a moustache.
The Prince George RCMP do not believe harm has come to Harvey, but would like to speak with him to ensure he is safe. Harvey or anyone that may know where he is, is requested to please contact the Prince George RCMP at (250)561-3300.
