The City is keeping an eye on what appears to be an unsightly premise in the Hart Highway area of town.
In response to an e-mail from a Citizen reader about a "klutter kingdom" passed on to City Hall, bylaw services manager Guy Gusdal said Friday the department is aware of the property at 3957 Crawford Place and have been working on the concerns with the property owner.
"It is difficult to deal with property maintenance issues during the winter months," Gusdal said.
"I anticipate that we will be reviewing our enforcement options over the winter months to determine how we will step up enforcement action in the spring once the snow melts and we can make an accurate determination of what needs to be done on the property.
"I further anticipate that we will also be communicating with the property owner regarding our expectations once these have been determined."
