Prince George lumber remanufacturer John Brink has suffered a setback in an ongoing battle with BCR Properties Ltd. (BCRP) over determining the fair value of land where he wants to build a new sawmill.
In a reasons for judgment issued Dec. 30, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Laura Gerow dismissed Brink's complaint that BCRP breached an option to purchase agreement by failing to take best efforts to obtain an accurate appraisal of the property.
