Remi Paul Gauthier (born 1964) was sentenced to 111 days in jail and two years probation and fined $200 for making harassing phone calls and uttering threats, to 90 days in jail and fined $100 for breach of undertaking or recognizance and to 90 days in jail and two years probation for theft $5,000 or under. He was also ordered to serve in jail the remainder of a one year conditional sentence issued in September for theft $5,000 or under.
Rene Joseph Batoche (born 1972) was sentenced to three days in jail and 18 months probation and fined $100 for breach of an undertaking or recognizance and willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and to one day in jail and fined $100 for mischief or obstruct of the use or enjoyment of property.
Alisha Michelle Penner (born 1987) was sentenced to nine days time served and one year probation and fined $100 for theft $5,000 or under.
Clayton Richard Stewart (born 1979) was sentenced to two years and one day and fined $200 for two counts of break and enter with intent to commit offence.
Ramona Renata Morin (born 1979) was sentenced to 45 days time served for breach of a probation order and to two weeks probation for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.
Grant Jason Poole (born 1987) was fined $1,500 plus a $450 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while impaired.
Jordan Kenneth-Roy Bowen (born 1984) was fined $1,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.
Joshua Daniel Scott Carriere (born 1993) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Jessie Dakota James Cooper (born 1995) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for breach of recognizance.
Walter Peter Hall (born 1951) was sentenced to 25 days time served and fined $100 for breach of probation.
James Robert Purcell (born 1973) was sentenced to 15 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.
Angel Rae Reno (born 1988) was sentenced to six months probation for breach of probation.
Daniel Robert Roy (born 1976) was sentenced to six months probation for mischief to property and to one day in jail for breach of probation.
Zachary Robert Roy (born 1993) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for two counts of driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Nicholas Owen Thomas Spence (born 1986) was sentenced to a 60-day conditional sentence and one year probation and fined $100 for assault with intent to resist arrest.
Becky Ann Egnell (born 1989) was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and fined $300 for assault with a weapon and two counts of uttering threats.
Lawrence Lorenzo Forrest Loring (born 1984) was fined $1,000 plus a $200 victim surcharge for unlawful possession of dead wildlife and hunting out of season under the Wildlife Act.
Annette Rose Madam (born 1963) was fined $1,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge and prohibited from driving for one year for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08, committed in Fort St. James, and fined $500 plus a $150 victim surcharge for breach of undertaking or recognizance committed in Prince George.
