The indoor component of the Prince George's Farmers' Market will wrap up in its current location next Saturday.
Due to financial pressures, the market association is on the hunt for a new indoor location.
"What we know for sure, is as of the first Saturday in May, we will all be outdoors," said association president Nancie Krushelnicki.
The market's board has several leads for an alternative location to the space currently occupied at the corner of Third Avenue and George Street. The farmer's market, which runs between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. outside the Prince George Courthouse, opened the indoor market two years ago.
"We don't anticipate any indoor location occurring, at the earliest, before the fall," Krushelnicki said, "but we are actively looking and hope to have something to announce later."
