Prince George Home Builders Association president Allen Creuzot is confident the pace will continue after Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation reported 60 starts on single-family homes so far this year, more than double the total reached by mid-way through 2009.
"I don't expect it to spike, I think it'll be a nice steady incline," he added Friday, when CMHC released the numbers.
