The city's market for single-family homes slowed considerably during the third quarter of the year, a look at the numbers from B.C. Northern Real Estate Board are showing.

In all, 196 homes exchanged hands for an average $229,547 each from the start of April to the end of September, adding up to $45 million, down from 242 homes going for an average $233,186, adding up to $56.4 million over the same period last year.
