Prince George Citizen reporter Gord Hoekstra has won the Jack Webster Award for excellence business, industry and economics reporting.
Hoekstra was named the winner during a ceremony in Vancouver on Monday night for his special report, called Pipeline promise?, a three-part series about Enbridge's proposal to build a pipeline across northern B.C.
