Highway 97 is closed near of Sales Road, about one kilometre south of Quesnel due to a serious head on collision, Quesnel RCMP said this morning.
A detour is in place from Redbluff Road to Maple Drive to Highway 97.
It's not yet known when the section will be reopened to traffic.
