Highway 16 has been reopened to single-lane alternating traffic following a rollover of a commercial vehicle at the West Twin Creek Bridge, 28 kilometres west of McBride.

The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash that completely blocked the road for some time.

"Mc Bride RCMP are on scene and there are traffic control personnel on site," BC RCMP traffic services Cpl. Mike Halskov said.

RCMP were called to the scene shortly after 9 a.m.

"Police urge drivers to drive according to road conditions and obey the direction of traffic control personnel at this crash scene," Halskov added.
