A motor-vehicle incident closed a portion of Highway 16 in both directions between Beaverley and Hartman Roads Saturday morning.
The road was reopened shortly after noon.
Last night's snowfall has created more slippery conditions on area routes.
The ministry has also issued a travel advisory for Highway 16 in both directions due to limited visibility with blowing snow between Crescent Spur to the junction with Highway 5 in Tete Jaune Cache. Driving that route is not recommended unless absolutely necessary.
