A mountain bike valued at over $10,000 was the target of a smash and grab.
The back window of an SUV, parked overnight near Fifth Avenue and Ontario Street, was broken out and the bike, plus a bag of clothes, was stolen from inside the vehicle. The theft was reported to RCMP on Wednesday, July 11.
The bike is a black Rocky Mountain Instinct 999 carbon fiber mountain bike with red stripes, 10 speeds, a reverb dropper seat, Candy 2 peddles and 29 inch wheels and is worth about $10,700.

You do not have to reveal your identity to Crime Stoppers. If you provide information that leads to an arrest or recovery of the stolen bicycle, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
