Depending on how well home buyers respond to a pre-sale campaign, a high-end condominium project could be realized in the 1600 block of Seventh Avenue, just west of the city's downtown core.
Developer Gordon Bliss will be hosting an information session on Thursday at Esther's Inn, 3-8 p.m. at Esther's Inn for The Elms on Seventh, an 18-unit complex that will be the first major development in that area in several years.
