A heavy snowfall advisory has been issued for the Pine Pass on Highway 97 north of Prince George.
On Monday morning Environment Canada issued a warning that 10 to 15 centimetres of snow was expectded in the area, starting Monday afternoon and intensifying Monday evening. Heavy snow was expected to ease up by Tuesday morning.
Environment Canada warns the heavy snow could make travel condititions difficult.
