Mel Fehr has joined the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation as its new special projects manager.
Fehr was raised in Vanderhoof but has made Prince George his home. He will play a key role in helping the foundation continue to raise money for medical equipment in the region.
"I look forward to helping northerners partner together to provide the best possible medical equipment and services for our region so that we can truly have the best of care, close to home," Fehr said in a news release.
