The Chamber of Commerce is offering breakfast with Bill from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. For a small fee (members $10 members, others $20), NuStride Executive Coaching president Bill Quinn will really make it the most important meal of the day. The thematic question of the day will be What Is Your Leadership Style?
"Knowing your leadership style, your strengths and your challenges has a huge impact on your organization, the staff and your clients," said membership and events manager Chrissy Blok. "Spend an hour and a half over breakfast and discover what makes you unique and why people will want to work with you - team, clients - and for you - as their leader."
Some of the key points Quinn will cover include: enhance your network of peers, build leadership skills into your new way of doing business, how to effectively move from being a manager to being a leader, and more.
