Community Futures Fraser Fort George is offering grants of up to $5,000 to women entrepreneurs to help ease the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on their businesses.
The grant may be used as a 'stand-alone' for consulting services or to leverage other resources such as the Northern Development Initiative Trust consultant rebate program or lending from financial institutions.
Eligible businesses will have been in operation for a minimum of two years, financially viable prior to COVID, and must be able to demonstrate the impact of the pandemic on operations.
Applicants must also have completed Community Futures' "Holy Business Crisis! Now What?" online course.
Deadline for applications is October 20.
