The sign and flowers on the traffic island at 20th Avenue and Victoria Street have been removed, making way for a new project.
The Gateway Business Improvement Association is in the process of putting in a new art installation instead, though they don't want to say what it is just yet, said Nicole Botten, who works with the association.
