Jan. 20

Robert Frederick Basil was sentenced to 30 days in jail for one count of possession of a controlled substance, seven days in jail for a second count of possession of a controlled substance, six months in jails for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and 30 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under.

Sebastian Gordon Goudreau was sentenced to six days in jail for breach of probation order.

Jared Blake Switzer was sentenced to 60 days in jail, one year probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for carrying a concealed weapon or prohibited device/ammo. Switzer was also prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence, sentenced to seven days in jail for breach of undertaking, seven days in jail for breach of probation order and seven days in jail for possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 19

Herman Harold Poole was sentenced to 90 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation, committed in Fort Ware.

Jan. 18

Kore Nels Hugstedt was sentenced to one year probation and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

Raphael John Joseph was sentenced to 46 days in jail and one year probation for two counts of assault and one count of breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Fort St. James.

Ronald James Larsen was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

Ray Henry Lizotte was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $37.50 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Michael Lynn Miller was sentenced to 18 months probation for robbery.

Nicolette Danielle Montgomery was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Kamloops.

Ervine Paul Sutherland was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

George Peter Posnikoff was prohibited from driving for one year, sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for driving while impaired and failing or refusing to provide a breath sample, committed in Fraser Lake.

Jan. 17

Ian Vernon Cooper was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000. Cooper had credit for 90 days time served prior to sentencing.

Francisco Roque Gonzales Castro was sentenced to one day in jail for possession of a controlled substance.

Stanley Robert Hill was sentenced to one day in jail for two counts of breach of probation. Hill had credit for 28 days time served prior to sentencing.

Jacob Ross Vollmin was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for assault.
