Larry John Heppner was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Dec. 21

April Louise Danielle Jones was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Marc Louis L'Esperance was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Christopher Bernard Dupuis was sentenced to one day in jail for break and enter and commit indictable offence, committed in Fort Fraser, possession of stolen property, committed in Prince George, two counts of breach of probation, committed in Fort St. John. Dupuis had credit for 90 days time served prior to sentencing.

Sean Creelen Nome was sentenced to one day in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Alfred Edward Pierre was sentenced to 114 days in jail for assault with a weapon; to 60 days in for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm; and to 30 days for breach of an undertaking, committed in Fort Ware; and to 30 days for theft $5,000 or under and breach of undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George.

Pierre was also sentenced to one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the Fort Ware convictions.

Edward Lori Sinclair was sentenced to 90 days in jail for one count of assault, to 42 days for a second count of assault, to 15 days for two counts of breach of probation and to one day for a third count of assault. Sinclair was also sentenced to 18 months probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the assault charges.

Brian Alan Bobke was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample.

Matthew Clayton Bicknell was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage, committed in Quesnel.

Dec. 20

Keenan Travis Alec was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault causing bodily harm.

Mandeep Lahal was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Dec. 19

Tyler Bert Sinclair was sentenced to 45 days in jail and one year probation for causing a disturbance and two counts of breach of probation.
