Donna Jane Cochrane was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,500 plus a $225 victim surcharge for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample.
Todd Arthur Gifford was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Virginia Antoinette Basil was sentenced to six days in jail for two counts of breach or probation.
Gordon Michael Hansen was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
Bridget Marie Anderson was sentenced to an 18-month conditional sentence and issued a 10-year firearms ban and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Kurtis Jonathon Close Kohlman was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.
Sept. 12
Norman Russell Michell was sentenced to 77 days in jail for breach of probation, committed on Aug. 18, and his two-year conditional sentence for sexual interference of a person under 14, committed in April 2005 and for which he was sentenced in December, was suspended.
Michell was also prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed on May 26.
Charles Peter Luggi was sentenced to four days in jail for breach of probation.
Stanley Gerald Christopher Nelson was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking and breach of probation.

Tyler Bert Sinclair was sentenced to 112 days in jail and two years probation for theft $5,000 or over, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and two counts of breach of probation.
