Ian Vernon Cooper was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for three counts of theft $5,000 or under, two committed in Prince George and one in Terrace, and to one day in jail for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear pursuant to appearance notice and theft $5,000 or under, all committed in Prince George.

Tracy Laureen Alexander was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $575 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Matthew Nicholas Bailey was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $575 driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Brenda Marie Joseph was sentenced to a six month conditional sentence and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for trafficking in a controlled substance.

February 9

Carol Joan Chingee was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $1,200 for driving while impaired, committed in Langley.

Charisse Mae Joseph was sentenced to one day in jail for possession of a controlled substance.

Fredrick Maytwayshing was sentenced to 30 days in jail for being unlawfully at large.

Dustin Lee Pierini was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $1,200 plus a $180 victim surcharge for failure or refusal to provide sample.

Tony William Blakely was sentenced to one day in jail for two counts of breach of an undertaking.

Kevin James Monk was sentenced to 15 days in jail for three counts of breach of probation.

Tyler David Wuthe was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while impaired.

Lee Marcel April was sentenced to one year probation and fined $390 plus a $50 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

Lori-Anne Marie Avery was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $1,000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

David Joseph Davis was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Morgan Ray Massettoe was fined $500 for selling, giviing or otherwise supplying liquor to a minor and to one year probation with a suspended sentence for mischief $5000 or under and breach of an undertaking.

David James Minion was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 18 months probation and fined $100 for accessing child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Hank Pierre was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of a probation.

William Marvin George Tayler was sentenced to two years probation and fined $1,000 for operating motor vehicle while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

Sean Stubbs was fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge and issued a six-month $500 recognizance after allegation for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
