Nov. 3

Ken Bishop was sentenced to an 18-month conditional sentence with a suspended sentenced and to two years probation for possession of stolen property over $5,000, flight from a peace officer and possession of stolen property under $5,000, committed in 100 Mile House and to occupying vehicle in which there is firearm, careless use of a firearm and knowingly possessing firearm without licence, committed in Prince George. Bishop was also sentenced to one day in jail for breach of recognizance and was issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the firearms charges.

Braiden Lee Nolan was prohibited from driving for two years and sentenced to an eight-month conditional sentence and 18 months probation for assault with a weapon, flight from a peace officer and dangerous driving committed in McLeod Lake. Nolan was also sentenced to one day in jail for theft over $5,000 and three counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000, committed in Dawson Creek.

Nov. 2

Brady Arthur Caron was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Kelowna.

Robert Keith Rickett was prohibited from driving for a year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Marty Bruce Umpherville was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Randy Roy Wanotch was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Nov. 1

Jackie Grace Hall was issued a one year, $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Rory Ralph Hardt was fined $300 plus a $45 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking.

Joe Michael Horwath was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Oct. 31

Patrick James Bleaney was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and issued a five year firearms prohibition for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Neil Blain Honeywell prohibited from driving for one year and sentenced to a 30 day conditional sentence for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code, committed in Burns Lake, to a 30 day conditional sentence and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code, committed in Prince George, and to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for assault, committed in Prince George.

Michael Scott Marshall was sentenced to one day in jail and two years probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Oct. 28

Curtis Lee Pierre was sentenced to five and a half years in jail and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for sexual assault. Pierre is alleged to have committed the offence on Sept. 27, 2007 in Prince George.

Clayton Gus Joseph was sentenced to 30 days in jail for break and enter with intent or committing a crime and his 18-month conditional sentence on the same charge, issued in July, was suspended.

Benjamin Job Nathian MacRae was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation for breach of an undertaking and breach of probation.

James Robert Junior Morris was sentenced to nine months in jail and three years probation for breach of probation.

Duane Tyler Vallee was sentenced to 51 days in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance and two counts of breach of probation.

Curtis Aaron Tom was sentenced to 60 days in jail for breach of probation.

Oct. 27

Dwayne Aubrey Erickson was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Lenard Aleron Haines was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for breach of probation.

Sarah June Tom was sentenced to an eight-month conditional sentence and one year probation and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for robbery in relation to a Jan. 12 incident in which the Queensway 7-11 was held up. Tom had served 30 days in jail prior to sentencing.

Daniel Stewart Sundman was sentenced to 535 days in jail for possession of a weapon obtained through an offence and to six months in jail for possession of stolen property over $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000. Sundman was also issued a lifetime firearms prohibition.
