Sept. 30 Loretta Davidson was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance. Garrett Steven George was sentenced to 36 days in jail for assault and to 30 days in jail for breach of probation, committed in Fort Fraser.

Garrett Steven George was sentenced to 36 days in jail for assault and to 30 days in jail for breach of probation, committed in Fort Fraser. George also received one year probation on the convictions.

Douglas Steven David Serwatkewich was sentenced to a one-year conditional sentence and one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibition and assessed $50 victim surcharges for two counts of assault and one count of mischief to property over $5,000.

Albert Vandenburg was sentenced to 69 days in jail and 18 months probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for two counts of assault.

Darcy Lynn Wesolowski was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one year probation for possession of stolen property under $5,000.

Sept. 28

Raphael John Joseph was sentenced to a 45-day conditional sentence for breach of probation, committed in Fort St. James.

Robert Archie Patterson was prohibited from driving for one year, sentenced to 14 days in jail and assesed a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Burns Lake.

William Joseph Raab was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $300 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Mandy Joe-Ann Taylor was sentenced to four days in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance, to one day in jail for failing to appear pursuant to court order, and to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under, assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm

Sept. 27

Eric Michael Chartier was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking.

Peter Andrew Clifford Kohuch was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Denise Lowley was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Cale Grant Stern was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited/ licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Luke Vincent Lee Switzer was sentenced to 18 months probation for using forged document.

Lawrence Richard Yeomans was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Kenneth Larry Zimmaro was sentenced to 18 days in jail and one year probation for assault and to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for failing to appear pursuant to a court order, committed in Prince George, and to breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Mackenzie. Zimmaro had credit for seven days time served prior to sentencing.

Billy Bradley Lolly was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 for driving while impaired.

Sept. 26

Blair Edwini Doolan was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Edward Pascal Fernandes was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence and 18 months probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.

Stevie Leepart was issued a six-month, $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Sept. 23

Aron Leif Gray Johnson was sentenced to seven days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Phillip Howard Senior was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.
