Oct. 20 Nathaniel Lazarus Basil was sentenced to 24 days in jail for breach of probation and breach of an undertaking or recognizance. Henry Charles Pius was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation. Oct.

Henry Charles Pius was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

Oct. 19

Juanita Rose Gorman was sentenced to one day in jail for willfully resisting a peace officer and mischief $5,000 or under and was ordered to pay $200 resitution. The offences were committed in Mackenzie.

Steven Wayne Grey was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Boyd Webster Lackey was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Carol Rose MacLennan was sentenced to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under, committed in PItt Meadows.

Mark Mick Michell was sentenced to 28 days for breach of probation,

Mark Alexander Mitchell was sentenced to 30 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and possession of a controlled substance and to 14 days for breach of a recognizance or undertaking, and to seven days in jail for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of breach of probation.

Cameron Jeff Wagner was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Oct. 18

Robert Allan Hall was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $575 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and was sentenced to one day in jail for failing to appear pursuant to an appearance notice and breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Pierre Laberge was fined $690 for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act.

David Lawrence Moore was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and issued a $50 victim surcharge for assault.

Michella Ilene Seymour was prohibited from driving for one year for driving while impaired under the Criminal Code and driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act and fined a total of $1,500 plus a $75 victim surcharge. Seymour was also sentenced to nine months probation for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Prince George.

Stephen James Sherman was sentenced to one day in jail for break and enter with intent to commit offence, committed in Mackenzie, and for mischief $5,000 or over and theft $5,000 or over, committed in Prince George. James's six month conditional sentence, received in June for the offences, was suspended.

Walter Charles Wilson was ordered to serve in jail the remainder of a six-month conditional sentence received in July for assaulting a peace officer, possessing a weapon for dangerous purpose and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Oct. 17

Jessie Lynn Giroux was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault, committed in Prince George, and for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, committed in Takla Landing.

Adam Martin Petavel was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for theft $5,000 or under, assault causing bodily harm and mischief $5,000 or under.

Tracy Christine Casimel was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Oct. 14

Clara Ann Abraham was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving while impaired.

Jessica Mae Antoine was sentenced to an 18-day conditional sentence for breach of probation, committed in Fort St. James.

Jesse Darren Bird was sentenced to 30 days in jail for assault, committed in Vanderhoof and driving while disqualified under the criminal code, committed in Fort St. James. Bird was also sentenced to one year probation on the assault conviction and to three years probation on the driving while disqualified conviction.
