Edward Pascal Fernandes was sentenced to 45 days in jail and his six month conditional sentence, issued in September, for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code, was revoked.

Allen George Mohr was fined $1,800 plus a $270 victim surcharge for hunting without a licence under the Wildlife Act.

Brent Jameson Morgan was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation for theft $5,000 or under, mischief $5,000 or under, breach of a breach of an undertaking or recognizance, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Nov. 14

Justin Lewis Chamberlain was sentenced to seven days in jail for breach of probation.

Wayne Wesley Coe was sentenced to 14 days in jail for failing to appear pursuant to a court order and 15 days in jail for three counts of breach of probation.

Joanne Monk was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under. Monk had credit for five days time served prior to sentencing.

Nov. 10

Lyle William Baker was sentenced to 38 days in jail and 18 months probation and issued a 10 year firearms prohibition for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, committed in Mackenzie.

Ryan Charles George was sentenced 120 days in jail for assault and two counts of theft $5,000 or under, to 60 days in jail for three counts of breach of probation and and to 14 days in jail for two counts of breach of an undertaking. George was also sentenced to one year probation on all convictions.

Robin Alvin Prince was prohibited from driving for two years and sentenced to two years in jail for driving while impaired and was sentenced to 44 days in jail and one year probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, committed in Fort St. James.

Buddy Douglas Shanoss was sentenced to 37 days in jail for being unlawfully at large, breach of undertaking or recognizance and three counts of breach of probation, committed in New Hazelton, Gitsegukla and Kispiox.
