Allan Richard Castonguay was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample.
Douglas William Gibbs was sentenced to 14 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.

Grady Millen McNaughton was fined $750 for possession of a controlled substance.
Shawn Ashley James Stewart was was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Cecil Roy Woodcock was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Skyler Dwayne Brennan was sentenced to 22 days in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under and was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Corey Trent Tom was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.
