From Prince George Provincial Court: Nov. 30 Saraphine Lesley Marie Casimir was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Saraphine Lesley Marie Casimir was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Roy McLeod was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,500 for driving while impaired.

Steven James Russell was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation, committed in Surrey.

Roxanne Sherry Smaaslet was prohibited from driving for one year and sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

Forrest James Sumner was sentenced to 30 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation committed in Prince George and Burns Lake.

Jacob Johan Vanderminne was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

Jacqueline Ann Rose was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Darryl Roy Shuttleworth was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for failing to produce driver's licence or insurance under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Nov. 29

Anders Peter Groth was prohibited from driving for two years and sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample.

Gregory John Albert Penner was sentenced to five days in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Beverly Ann Boutilier was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Nov. 28

Raymond Keith Goodwin was sentenced to six days in jail and 18 months probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and one count each of failing to appear pursuant to court order and breach of undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George, and breach of undertaking or recognizance, committed in Vanderhoof.

Paul Joseph Latino was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Nov. 25

Larissa Tiffany Chipesia was sentenced to 10 days in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.
