Northern Health is hosting a free workshop today to help stroke and brain injury survivors as well as their family learn about the resources available to them in the community.
Rehab therapists will host the two-hour workshop, which touches on the importance of community and how to build community connections. Survivors and caregivers will also share their stories.
The workshop will take place at the Northern Interior Health Unit auditorium at 1444 Edmonton St. from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
