With more than 1,500 votes readers had strong opinions when asked The Citizen's last poll question "should the City of Prince George offer free water and sani-dumping and allow RVers to stay overnight in private parking lots?"
With 45 per cent and a total 682 votes, poll takers said "yes, because when they stop here, they spend money in local businesses."
Tying at 19 per cent and 284 votes were "no, they should stay at the private RV parks in the city" and "no, tax dollars shouldn't be used to offer free perks for visitors."
Trailing slightly with 17 per cent and 251 votes was "yes, Prince George needs all the tourism traffic it can get."
There was a total of 1,501 votes. Remember, this is not a scientific poll.
Next question asks "is Prince George adequately protected from and prepared for a wildfire that could threaten the city?"
