Four year driving ban and 30 days in jail for disqualified driver

From Prince George provincial court: March 16 Edward Pascal Fernandes was sentenced to three months in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified in Dawson Creek.

Edward Pascal Fernandes was sentenced to three months in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified in Dawson Creek.

March 15

Wade Jean A'Huille was sentenced to one day and two years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for aggravated assault and aggravated assault, to 10 days in jail for one count of breach of an undertaking and five days in jail for a second count of breach of an undertaking. A'Huille was also assessed a total of $300 in victim surcharges.

Peter Allen Blue was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Ian Benjamin Clark was prohibited from driving for four years, sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Kevin James Monk was sentenced to five months in jail and to one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

Brian Bobby Tomah was sentenced to one day in jail for two counts of breach of probation, committed in Tsay Keh Dene and Mackenzie.

Donna Marie Alec was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Christifer Leonard Edward Auger was sentenced to 11 months in jail for three counts of theft $5,000 or under and to six months in jail for three counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Anthony John Bourdeau was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Michael Dean Burger was fined $100 for possession of a controlled substance.

Miranda Mary Cahoose was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $100 plus a $15 victim surcharge for theft $5000 or under and failing to appear pursuant to appearance notice.

James William George Gibson was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking.

Jordan Steven Shipton was fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without a licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Darcy Delaney Tomah was sentenced to 12 days in jail and 15 months probation for assault and two counts of breach of probation, committed in Mackenzie. Tomah was also issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the assault charge.

March 13

Andrew Dane Gifford was sentenced to 17 days in jail and three years probation for assaulting a peace officer, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and breach of an undertaking or recognizance and to one day in jail for possession of stolen property over $5,000, breach of an undertaking, mischief $5,000 or under. Gifford was also ordered to pay $507.18 restitution on the mischief charge.

Barbara Mae Joseph was sentenced to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under.

Deborah Ann Kinney was sentenced to a 60-day conditional sentence (house arrest) and one year probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for being unlawfully in a dwelling-house.

Bradley Anthony Moxam was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surplus for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Joshua Lewis Patrick Seguin was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,200 plus a $180 victim surcharge for dangerous operation of motor vehicle under the Criminal Code.

March 12

Aaron Nicholas Stanley was sentenced to 53 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation and one count of breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Shawn Dallas Tomah was sentenced to 47 days in jail for two counts of breach of a recognizance and to two years probation with a suspended sentence for assault.

Brent Peter Williams was sentenced to 115 days in jail and one year probation for break and enter with intent to commit offence and to 60 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under.
