Forged document earns jail time

From Prince George provincial court: March 25 Matthew Emanuel Lucani was sentenced to six months in jail and two years probation for and for using forged document, committed in Quesnel.

Matthew Emanuel Lucani was sentenced to six months in jail and two years probation for and for using forged document, committed in Quesnel.

Joshua Paul Blanchard was sentenced to seven months and 21 days in jail and one year probation for breach of undertaking or recognizance and possession of property obtained by crime, committed in Mackenzie and for possesson of stolen property over $5,000, knowingly possessing a prohibited weapon without a licence, possesson of stolen property under $5,000 and breach of an undertaking, committed in Golden.

Stanley Irvin Jacob Cassel was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $1,500 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Gary Kempster was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Jonathan Michael Letendre was sentenced to nine months in jail for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Valemount.

William Gaimer McCook was prohibited from driving for two years and 60 days in jail for operating while disqualified, to 45 days in jail for a second count of driving while disqualified under the criminal code, to seven days for a third count of driving which disqualified possession of a controlled substance and two counts of breach of an undertaking, committed in Fort Ware.

Jason Scott Stonechild was sentenced to 60 days in jail for being unlawfully at large.

March 24

Clayton Felix was sentenced to one year probation with a conditional discharge for theft $5,000 or under.

Tyler Eugene Fetterly was sentenced to jail time served for possessing weapon for dangerous purpose, possession of a firearm contrary to order and careless use of a firearm.

Blaine Wilson John was sentenced to seven days in jail for breach of a conditional sentence, committed in Fort St. James.

Ronald James Larsen was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Cory Lee Dolphis Potskin was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $600 for driving while impaired and to one day in jail for breach of probation, committed in Fraser Lake.

Anthony David Anderson was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault.

Geoffery Daniel Anthony was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $575 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Quentin Phillip Joseph was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

Garry Allan Krewusik was sentenced to 22 days in jail for breach of a recognizance, committed in Mackenzie.

Sylvia May Patrick was sentenced to an 18-month conditional sentence and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for trafficking in controlled substance.

James Harry Woodland was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $575 for driving while driver's licence is suspended.

Karl Boreland was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Anita Lynn Perry was prohibited from driving for two years and six months, sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence and two years probation for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code.

Edward Lori Sinclair was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one year probation for two counts of breach of probation.

March 21

Kenneth G. MacDougald was sentenced to one year probation and with a conditional discharge for assault. MacDougald was assessed a $50 victim surcharge on the charge.

Jason Roy McKinnon was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.

Marlon Elroy Alexis was sentenced to seven days in jail for breach of probation and breach of an undertaking.

Adrian Real Bergeron was sentenced to 18 month probation with a suspended sentence for two counts of assault.

Mary Ann Carter was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Gerald Stewart Jameswas sentenced to 44 days in jail for breach of probation.

Vanessa Rose Johnny was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for two counts of assault assault, three counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Vanderhoof.

March 24

Francis Michael Dean was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Emery Lee Toews was sentenced to a one-year conditional sentence and was issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Mark J. Tylee was sentenced to one year probation with a conditional discharge for assault, committed in McLeod Lake.
