FOOOOOD FIGHT!
Roughly 50 students at Kelly Road secondary school blew off steam near the end of the school year with a food fight outside the school.
Armoured in garbage bags and helmets, students battled with whip cream, syrup and even a foot-long rainbow trout.
Prince George school district superintendent Brian Pepper said school administrators heard about the fight, which was not a planned school event, and acted to ensure it took place safely. Staff ensured students kept the food outside of the school, he said.
"The RCMP were called as a precautionary measure," Pepper said. "There was no damage, no intent to damage and just some good fun. The kids were carefully supervised."
